The contract is deemed concluded upon receipt of written confirmation from the supplier that it accepts the order (order confirmation).

Price

The prices in this catalog are indicated in Swiss francs, net amounts, VAT included and guaranteed.

Warranty items are subject to the terms of the offer valid at the time of purchase. The guarantee takes effect on the date of delivery of the article, justified by the accompanying document (invoice) which we ask you to keep carefully. Not covered: damage due to improper maintenance, failure to follow instructions, or normal wear and tear.

Availability

Our delivery commitment is void in the event of failures or failure to meet supply deadlines on the part of our own suppliers, and insofar as this unavailability is not attributable to Unirock SA. In case of unavailability of a product, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Delivery and transport

The delivery of items is made by DHL within 2 to 4 days for products in stock and between 1 to 4 weeks for products out of stock. Participation on your part is requested only once per order.

NOTE: Unirock SA does not deliver its parcels to post office boxes and does not deliver any goods to minors or customers under guardianship, except with the written authorization of the parents or guardian.

Conditions to be met

Unirock SA only accepts the return of material if the following conditions are met:

• The material was delivered less than a year ago.
• The material is returned in its original packaging, intact and unopened,
  1. With all appliances/parts
  2. And in an irreproachable state of cleanliness, without the inscriptions or the labels having been modified
  3. Special product versions, custom orders and individual equipment will not be returned
  4. The material returned to a minimum value of CHF 40.-

Available conditions

Warranty right: 100% credit note or replacement
Incorrect deliveries by Unirock SA: 100% credit note or replacement
Material whose value is less than 40.-: No credit note
No warranty rights and age less than one year: Equity of 80%

Data protection

All personal data will be considered confidential. The information necessary for the management of the order is subject to computer processing and may be communicated to the associated companies as part of the management of the order.

Changes to the Terms

Unirock SA reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The amended GCS will be brought to the attention of users or purchasers in each case by notification at an appropriate place. The new version of the T&Cs is valid as soon as it is published.

Subsequent changes to the T&Cs are published as approved by the user if the user does not object in writing to the new T&Cs within 14 days of becoming aware of the amended T&Cs. By continuing to use the online store, the user accepts the general conditions of sale in force.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

The applicable law is Swiss law, and any dispute will be handled by the District Court of the canton of Bern.
